The OE concept (Operational Excellence) is a concept that Qbase AB has developed to implement the management system in your business.
The concept makes it easy to navigate among clickable processes and routines and provides comprehensive support for, for example, deviation management, measures and activities that you otherwise have to keep track of yourself.
Among other things, we create clickable processes in Teams and Sharepoint with links to associated documents and create a digital case management system with responsibility allocation and automatic email reminders.
All this without any new software or licensing costs - we just make sure to build it into the programs already available from Microsoft.
The concept is seamlessly integrated into your existing Microsoft environment with no additional software costs and no need for a separate login.
