We go through the legal requirements that apply to systematic quality work according to SOSFS 2011:9. You will learn which procedures, process descriptions, methods and working methods must be documented in your organization according to legal requirements and requirements from the relevant municipality and how these should be designed to meet the requirements.

The course covers how to work practically to introduce the work effectively in the organization. We also touch on how the quality system can be developed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 if your organization wants to be certified in the future.
