SOSFS 2011:9
- Systematic Quality Work in Health and Social Care according to SOSFS 2011:9.

The National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and rules on quality
SOSFS 2011:9 is the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and rules on how organizations in the health and care sector should work with quality. The purpose of the management system is to be able to systematically and continuously develop and ensure quality and patient safety in activities. The management system helps to establish principles for the management of activities.
All organizations and companies covered by the Health Care Act (1982:763), the Dental Care Act (1985:125), LSS (1993:387), the Social Services Act (2001:453) and the Patient Safety Act (2010:659) need a documented system according to SOSFS 2011:9.
With extensive experience in the areas of home care, companionship, respite care, housing support, personal assistance, day activities, care staffing and HVB, we have successfully implemented management systems according to SOSFS 2011:9 for Systematic Quality Work.
We strive to create strong, sustainable quality systems according to the guidelines of the National Board of Health and Welfare to strengthen your brand and increase your competitiveness in healthcare.

Project management and service contracts
We offer projects where we create and implement the required documentation and create an effective work process to comply with SOSFS 2011:9 in the daily work. The documentation includes values, collaboration, self-monitoring, risk assessment, policy, processes and procedures and related templates. Together with you, we set up procedures that work in practice and allocate responsibilities within the organization. We also train your staff internally during the project.
We also offer a service contract where we take ongoing responsibility as an external quality manager. We handle annual quality audits, regulatory monitoring, documentation, internal training and general support on various issues.
